Types of CRB

CB: A separable outer ring and rotary inner ring type. It can be used for cases which need running accuracy of an inner ring.

CH: An Integrated type of an inner ring and outer ring.  As an integrated type, it causes very little installation error.  As a high accuracy and high rigidity type, it can obtain steady running accuracy.

CS: This is a customizable part.  A custom ordered type that can be provided in shapes, standards and materials of an inner ring and an outer ring and a bolt standard a customer chooses.

Cross Roller Guide Way

WRG / WRGO / WRG-AC Series:  A compact high rigidity linear guide by which a roller cage rolls on the 90 degree groove of a rail.  as two rows of a roller guide are installed in parallel with each other, weight from every rectangular direction from the spindle can be loaded.  A set is composed of four dedicated rails and two roller cages.

WRGW Series: There are V-Groove rolling surfaces on both sides of the center rail. A set consists of  three dedicated rails and two roller cages

WRGT Series: A compact base table that will mount from the bottom up to the center rail.

WRGT-B Series: A compact base table that will mount from the top down in a counter bore hole on the center rail.

WRGU / WRGU-AC Series:  A high accuracy and high rigidity linear motion unit on which a cross roller guide is assembled on a precisely processed table and base.

Super Ball Bushing

Bushings: We carry Ball Bushings in Asian / Europe / Inch series. Our Super Ball Bushings have automatic self-alignment and are made for high loads.  The Load capacity is 3x's larger than general linear ball bushings.  This results to 27 times longer life span.  The plate surface of the Super Ball Bushing is curved so as to secure automatic alignment within .5 degrees longitudinal direction of the spindle.

Blocks: Are made from Aluminum Block.  As a dedicated block for ball bushings, it has one or two assembled ball bushings.  There is also a clearance adjustable block.  It is compatible with linear ball bushings from the Asian and Europe Series.

Linear Motion Shaft

Solid Shaft: The most general shaft for ball bushings.  WS Solid Shaft is made from S55C High Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel. WAS Solid Shaft has excellent corrosion resistance.  Made from SUS440C.  WCS Solid shafts have a hard chromium plating.  Made from S55C high carbon steel 

Hollow Shaft: WTS Hollow Shafting is excellent for reducing weight on equipment and machines or reducing the inertial force.  The internal hole can be used for wiring or piping.   This is made from S55C Carbon Steel and a high hard chromium bearing steel (STB-2).  WTAS Hollow Shafting has excellent corrosion resistance.  It is made from SUS440C.  WTCS Hollow Shafting is made with a Chromium plating.  It is excellent for corrosive environments.  Made from S55C high Carbon Steel and a Chromium coating of STB-2

Machining Shaft:  WBS Shafting is tapped in a general line along the axis of the shaft.  This is made from S55C Carbon Steel and a high hard chromium bearing steel (STB-2).  WBAS Shafting has excellent corrosion resistance.  It is made from SUS440C.  WBCS Shafting is made with a Chromium plating.  It is excellent for corrosive environments.  Made from S55C high Carbon Steel and a Chromium coating of STB-2

Track Roller Guides

Outside Types:  STF Series  is a thin and linear motion shaft with a grove only on one side.  It can be used for the cases of adjusting guide rail space variously.  If is typically composed of two STF guides and one set of custom made blocks. TS Series is the general track roller guide, for the purpose of reduced weight, use 32, 42 or 52 series as they are hollow guide rails.  TC  Series are used as an integrated track roller guide with an aluminum profile rail.  Typically used as a timing belt actuator.  TF Series are thin rails and used the same as the TS Series.  TW Series are wide track roller guides with a high moment for rigidity.  RF and RA Series are multi-row angular contact ball bearings.  There ae Coaxial Shaft (RF) and Eccentric Shaft (RA).  S Series are made with a housing that protects the covers of each roller.  It can protect the track surface from being polluted by external foreign substances. B Series is a fixed bracket used for the TC Series only.

Inside Types: TRI Series is the standard type  that is a closed track roller guide with three track roller guides.  TRI-L is made with 4 track rollers and the working load is expanded with the use of a long block.  RFI Series is a multi-row angular contact ball bearing.  It is a coaxial shaft roller.  T Series is a s structure by which it is installed on both sides of the block.  It can protect the track surface from being polluted by external foreign substances.
