Job Summary:
TAP Industrial Sales, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturers Representative or Manufacturers Rep Agency to join our team on a contract basis. This position is crucial for driving sales and building relationships with customers in various industries, including agriculture, energy, marine, construction, mining, and OEM manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in hydraulic rotary actuators, slew bearings, motion systems, and power transmission components and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manufacturers Representative or in a similar sales role within industrial sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, rotary actuators, and related components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Odoo, and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to visit clients and attend trade shows.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
